Every Sneak Peek Shoes pair is hand-painted to order for you, so we cannot take back or resell a pair. Please read this before you order.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for a change of mind or a size you chose. Check our sizing guide, or message us before ordering if you are unsure.

Damaged or wrong pairs

If your pair arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong pair, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an unboxing video (recorded while opening the parcel) and clear photos to custom@sneakpeek.shoes or on WhatsApp at +91 70399 18965. Once we confirm the problem, we repair or replace the pair at no cost to you, including shipping.

30-day paint warranty

If the base shoe has a manufacturing defect, or the paint cracks, peels or fails because of how we applied it, within 30 days of delivery, send clear photos to custom@sneakpeek.shoes or on WhatsApp at +91 70399 18965. Once we confirm the problem, we repair or replace the pair at no cost to you, including shipping.

Normal wear, accidental damage, and damage from washing machines, harsh cleaners or not following the care card, are not covered.

Cancellations

Our artists start work as soon as an order is confirmed, so orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
