This website and the store at sneakpeek.shoes and handpaintedsneaker.com are run by Lomas Naresh Rathod (sole proprietor, GSTIN 27AKDPR9518D1ZZ) under the brand name Sneak Peek Shoes, E6/10, Jai Taramani, Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104, India. Contact: custom@sneakpeek.shoes, +91 70399 18965. "We", "us" and "our" mean Sneak Peek Shoes. By ordering from us you agree to these terms.

What we sell. Custom sneakers hand-painted by our artists in Mumbai on genuine new shoes. Every pair is painted to order, so small differences from the photos (brush strokes, colour shades) are part of the hand-made finish and are not defects. The character, team, artist and brand themes on our designs are fan art; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nike or any brand, club, artist or franchise shown.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A design already listed on the site is paid in full at checkout. A new custom design that is not on the site needs 50% upfront to book; the balance is paid before the pair ships.

Shipping. Orders ship within 7–10 days of purchase (custom designs within 7–10 days of design approval). Rates, delivery times and duties for international orders are set out in our Shipping policy.

Care. Painted sneakers last longest with the care steps we send with every pair. Damage caused by washing machines, harsh cleaners or rough use is not covered.

Your content. If you send us a design idea or reference images, you confirm you are allowed to share them. We may photograph finished pairs and show them on our website and social media.

Liability. We are responsible for delivering the pair you ordered as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Privacy. How we use your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
